Car Rental Booking Form – Medan

Fill in the form below to book a self-drive car or a car with driver in Medan. When you submit, your booking details open in WhatsApp to the Gorga Rental admin, who will confirm availability and price.

Foreign guests: you only need your passport and an International Driving Permit (IDP) — these replace the Indonesian ID card (KTP) and Family Card (KK). The security deposit terms still apply.

Security (choose one)A vehicle from 2017 or newer with its STNK (vehicle registration certificate), or a deposit of at least Rp2.000.000 (depending on vehicle type)
E-tilang deposit (electronic traffic fines)Rp500.000, refunded 7 days after the car is returned
The security vehicle and deposit are returned once the car is back. No social media account? You can send a photo of yourself holding your KTP (ID card) instead.
Rental Terms
  • Rental price is per 24 hours, fuel not included. Minimum rental is 1 day.
  • You agree to be photographed for our gallery.
  • Car delivery incurs an extra fee based on distance.
  • Full rental payment is made upfront, when you receive the car.
